Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Meha. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. 

Due to the nature of our products (beauty and personal use items), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered, unless:

  • The item received is damaged 
  • The wrong item was sent. In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear proof (photos/videos). Once the issue is verified, we will either:
  • Replace the item, or 
  • Offer a suitable resolution 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued where a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
